About The Event

Te Kete ā Rohe is an opportunity to learn about the history, cultural richness and significant people, places and events across Tauranga Moana, from a tangata whenua perspective. Held over two days, it encompasses an interactive day in a classroom environment followed by a bus tour walking the land with mana whenua and visiting sites which are significant for Tauranga Moana iwi and hapū. Not only will it help to give you a greater understanding of who we are, and how we got here, but it will give you some insight into how we go forward together.  Nau mai haere mai.  Limited numbers. Bookings essential.
