The exhibition reflects growth, experimentation, and resilience, showcasing the depth of learning and creative inquiry undertaken throughout their journey.
Inspired by Matariki, each artwork carries its own unique story, exploring themes of remembrance, renewal, connection, and aspiration. Through a range of toi Māori practices and contemporary expressions, these works honour both personal and collective narratives grounded in te ao Māori.
Like the rays of Matariki reaching across the sky, this exhibition shares messages that connect past, present, and future, celebrating creativity, transformation, and the continuing light of knowledge.
