About The Event

Join Tuoi Spencer and Marisa Swanink as they guide you through making a meaningful, one-of-a-kind artwork for your home by combining kupu Matariki and calligraphy techniques.

Come and share in some kōrero about Matariki, while Marisa teaches you to write the Māori alphabet in calligraphy and assists you to style your own chosen kupu or phrase for your artwork. All materials are provided. This workshop is suitable for adults, all levels of experience and te reo Māori ability are welcome.
